Most providers will allow you to have 1 simultaneous connection only. This does not mean you are limited to one box. You can setup the stream on multiple devices like your BOX and Phone, but you can watch only on one device at a time.

Just an update : I finally figured out what was causing the issue. For whatever reason, Kodi does not like to play nice with the cellular IP addresses that I get from my carrier. I have since started using a VPN and it actually works now albeit with a bit of a performance penalty factoring in the overhead from using a VPN.

FabIPTV allow any number of devices to use one account, just not at the same time.
