I purchased a dreamlink t1 new and i did all the updates needed.

I told my iptv provider my dreamlinks mac address and they added it to there system and said im good to go

In dreamlink online under settings i try to add my providers portal url but i keep getting an error saying about connection not found or url not found.

My dreamlink is connected to the internet, and my provider has the corrrct mac addreas (i double checked)

Any idea what the issue could be?

Im thinking of checking to see if my router has a firewall set up but i dont believe there is one.
