I asked if i could remove all non English channels but my seller said sorry no 'you can only remove them on your own by customizing the list for m3u8'. How do I do this? I know I can just open up different categories but it would be a lot easier to just open up and have all the channels I want their instead of switching between "Sports" News" English" ect... Also removing English channels I don't want would be helpful. Thanks.
The only way I see it's to open it with notepad or notepad++, delete the channels you don't want and push your custum m3u list to kodi. But if you use by URL, then there is no way. And if your providers change their channels list, you won't be updated automaticly
You can move the channels on a m3u8 list by erasing them and moving them into the categories you want
Look for Group Manager in the TV settings of kodi. You can create your own group there and add whatever channels you want to it.
Yeah that sounds like a pain but might be ok. So how do you get the list into a text editor and then back onto my Kodi machine ?
What client are you using? If you are using the Simple PVR client you can go to the setting and hide channels... Or go with a provider that does all English channels. I think FAB is all english.
