Help with IPTV express, and IPTV in general!

I am new to IPTV.

I bought a box and cut the cord in early march. I have IPTV Express and pay the $15/m subscription.

It was down 1 week in march, and so far 1 week in april... and still not up.

QUESTIONS:

  1. why does it go down?

  2. how exactly does IPTV express work? (or any of them?). I would like to understand the technology behind it, to understand why they go down.

  3. What other alternatives are there if I drop IPTV Express??? I want all my sports channels, news channels, and general US/Canada content.

I am located in Toronto, Ontario.

There has been a bunch of rumors saying express has shut down for good while others say its just either upgrading or merging. I don't know who or what to believe. My advice is to check out some other Canadian content providers, one to check out is epicstreams, u/fr0-z3n can help you out. Great service at an awesome price.
