Which provider has the smoothest and most stable US and CA channels with catchup. The E channels Ive seem from a number of providers are stuttery
FabIPTV has a good bunch of US and Canadian channels, see my review here - most of the channels seem to be Globe sourced and have a "G" DOG in the top left, the rest with E, some with no DOG, and one or two with a strange one I can't recognise.
I have found most channels are fine, some of the "E" channels are good, some are "stuttery", seems like some issue with the frame rate, but they tend to be minor channels that you may not watch anyway. Try it and see. All channels (excluding sport) are currently £4.50 per month, increasing to £6.50 next month, but if you subscribe now you're locked into the current price.

Yup that's true, same question here too. Also i have seen those labelled S with the same stuttery playback. I dont't know the source or provider of these channels. BTW i use STB.
