First apologize for your teams/agent's behavior and say you will change. Offer free trials and with support and tell people to try it out. Provide an new experience that will cover up your past issues

Plus if i was to become a reseller of yours. My service would technically be tainted by the bad experiences people had by your service. "Dont go to him hes a vcarib reseller" So even at a low price of whatever your selling reseller panels too it has a risk
