There are some providers with plex plugin but it's not the best option for iptv imo.
I'm with FABIPTV: https://fabiptv.com/aff.php?aff=127 (note, thats an an affiliate link. Normal link https://fabiptv.com/ ) and they provide a playlist that works with this Plex addon: https://github.com/Cigaras/IPTV.bundle
You don't get an epg, and it can be a bit spotty with playback on Android devices but I find it works quite well.
plex isn't really iptv. You're best to check the plex subreddits :)
