Yes Meno (owner of star) not selling anymore because of the known issues going on. He wants no more users, in fact wants to dump users to other providers to stay off the radar. So if you do find someone, please share which can help other users. If there are other services recommended please PM so I can try. I've moved on from STAR and EXPRESS.
