As far as I know nobody has HD version of Viceland.

Sportsaccess has Viceland in SD. Watching it the other day, looks HD to me, but I'm not very picky.
iptv sub is same as ok1/ok2. You can get full list from purchasing from ok1/ok2 [~1000+] rather than the limited list from iptv subs [~500+].
