Did I just throw away 20€?

I have been looking to find a good iptv service for my Greek in-laws and best-greek.tv (reseller of iptvchoice/iptvgate) seemed to have all of the channels they wanted.

However it seems that this service is now offline. They of course happily took my money and gave me the portal address but I'm thinking it's just a shitty reseller that is now resorting to robbing people.

Based on some Facebook comments I was able to find it seems like they went offline in March and I recall another service (express?) impacted in that time... Maybe they are the same, maybe not.

I tried searching for any info on reddit regarding them but nothing surfaces. Does anyone know the story or about this provider?

EDIT: So while I still haven't had any reply from the reseller at all I did make some progress.

My Dreamlink T1 (DOL) will not connect to this service for some reason; but I was able to get an older version of STBEMU to work (using the same mac as my dreamlink).

For greek content... i found it's better pricing on best-greek.tv than on iptvchoice.com ... however iptvchoice.com are way more responsive. i actually got answers from them that led me to believe my stbemu version (latest from playstore) was an issue.

Since I don't see much of recent reviews on this service I'll post one in a bit.

Yeah, that sucks. Just take it as a lesson.

I am with RapidIPTV and we have 65 greek channels (among 5000 others) included in our service which is very reliable and stable. I am happy to provide you with a free test account to find out if we have what you want.

Just PM me for more details in case you're interested.

Probably easier to put that down to a cheap lesson and look for a new provider.

What is the portal URL you were using? It may have been Express. They have multiple URLs to connect to, and only two are currently working (last I checked). You can try connecting to this one I'm posting. If it works, it means you have express. If not.. Its something else entirely.

Depending on the device you use, you might have to drop the " http:// " part.

Hopefully that helps
