It's on various European channels, including the German channel RTL Plus, which is free on Astra satellite:

As for English speaking channels, maybe it's being shown on a US or Canadian sports channel, if so then surely it will be available on FabIPTV , as they seem to have almost all North American sport channels.
(EDIT: Checking out other messages from Fab, it's implied they are carrying the fight, although I don't know from what channel. Maybe they're streaming the Sky Box Office on this special occasion? Perhaps they will advise)
