I'm using a MAG 250 box with an IPTV provider.
However, I'm having difficulty using the remote e.g. the Home button functions as a "back" button and the back button itself does nothing
I'm wondering how I can get back to my MAG TV settings screen when I'm streaming? I don't see an option to log out, and if I need to change providers I need to power off and then on my MAG box
There must be a cleaner way to achieve this?
To change providers without powering off, go to the main menu (hit your home button until you get to main menu where you can choose Live TV, VOD, Settings, etc) and select Settings. Scroll to the bottom and select "Restart/Reload Portal". Select that, and you'll get an option to select whichever portal you want to reload.
