for all the mag 254 users, my remote suddenly is not responsive to the box ? Scrolling is a chore, and pressing any button has become a chore. Changed batteries but still the same problem ? Any fix to this ?

Did you do the usual, restart the mag, switch batteries but maybe the provider is having issues like you said.
sorry its my provider..not the box.. switched portals and my other provider scrolling is fine.. thx for reading anyways
