Flawless, through reseller /u/maniac1000, would be my second choice if you want a larger selection of VOD and the option for SD feeds if you have a slower connection.

NFPS sucks balls. Wouldn't even touch it with a 10 foot poll.

IPGuys is okish. It gets pushed around too much here imo consider the low quality.

I've been on Express since yesterday. Quality is good. Not sure if it's full 1080p or 720, but it's much better than IPGuys. UK selection is good. I don't know about your specific needs, but it's to the point where it irks me cause I'm in the US and don't need UK channels lol.

Everyone's probably already said it, but FabIPTV , they basically have all UK channels (mostly HD) and also many Irish, Canadian and US channels too.
