well if you want 8000 channels, 100 of them in English, the rest in (God knows what language) of unsorted garbage mixed together with languages all mixed together....then go with an .m3u stream, since every IPTV company I have seen thus far that uses an .m3u playlist, is just LOADED with channels you don't even want, and totally unorganized..The ONLY way to go in my opinion is with using the Stalker client with a MAC address...not only is it organized much better, but your able to use it with an STB Box, or the STB Emu Pro app, which will give you a very authentic and professional look, with access to a Video On Demand section SEPARATE from the Live Channels..
I suggest buying the BuzzTV box, as it has a very professional looking EPG (TV Guide)

and for an IPTV provider I would go with IPTV Subscription.ca (they have THE best picture quality I have found so far) and the best a selection of channels..keep in mind however that they are doing server maintenance currently, so the EPG isn't 100% accurate for the moment.. Give it a couple weeks.
FabIPTV provide a download to their M3U playlist when you sign up, I've got it working on Tvheadend on Kodi no problem, see my review here
