Hi there, is it possible to add multiple providers? How does an EPG cope with it for example?

If the provider offers their own add-on then you can generally have multiple active providers. I currently have three services active in Kodi.
on simpleiptv the only way you can do it is to manually edit the m3u file, and combine two providers.
You'll struggle with the epg because there is no standard for tvg-id and tvg-name, which are what the epg uses to get the channel info....if there was a standard naming convention that all providers agreed to use, then the epg would work fine.
hell of a lot of editing required, which will need doing regularly as providers are always adding/updating their lists.
Thanks for the response folks! So, is IPTV Simple Client the only option? Or are there better addons? One of my trials is suggesting using Simple, the other seems to have its own installer.
Also, might be a stupid question, but can you record from these things, ie, full set top box/satellite replacement?
Not kodi but Perfect Player handles multiple m3u/epg combos. I've found it to be lean and clean. Might have buffering issues at first but fiddling with the decoder will fix it.
It depends on what addon you use, with the IPTV Simple Client, that's not possible.
