I use FabIPTV and they have 2 days VOD which is great when I miss my sports.

Epicstream is the besttttt! LOL, I am biased ofcourse.

FabIPTV have catchup (aka timeshift) for most of their major channels, 48 hours as I recall; see my review here . For a real PVR experience, you can set up Kodi with Tvheadend, and record what you want and play back without adverts - other people have done it, I'm on my way to do it too.

They take Paypal (as well as other methods), I would say give them a try. All channels (excluding sport) is currently £4.50 per month, increasing to £6.50 at some unspecified point this month, but if you subscribe now you're locked into the current price.

Once Express gets their issues fixed, I'd say they are tops. Epic is not bad though.

It's all relative in regards to what you are looking for though.
