Any other IPTV Providers carry TFC?

So far I've seen that the following have TFC (and other Filipino channels):

IPTVsubs.is ( I have a 24hr trial here, and it's decent and watchable)

LiteIPTV.com

IPGuys.in

But all of them have mediocre bit rates for HD. Is there anything better out there that carries TFC and high bit rate for HD programs?

express did have it. I have not tried to load it since they went down a few weeks back. Quality wasn't great but it did have catch up (but channels were off with the guide since service was going down so frequent). vcarib also have it but people complain about seller.

In my experience, Express had the best quality. They have now got the Filipino channels up and running, catchup should be working soon I think.
