Connect an "HDMI gaming recorder" (Elgato or equivalent) between your STB and TV. If this doesn't work due to copy protection, you will need to add a cracked Integral before the recorder.
You'd need a PVR Backend running TV Headend, MythTV or even Emby which will do the recording of shows, from what I understand.
