Both Vader Streams though simple and IPGuys through stalker (and if you don't mind the fairly long load time every time you enter on that latter) have the most accurate guide section layout that I've seen. Although Vader is going to run better in Kodi then IPGuys will.
FabIPTV ain't bad either with their IVUE intergration. Layout looks great, arguably better then the above 2 imo, but it's not as accurate.
Personally, and while the pausing feature is nice, I've run into more playback problems trying to regularly use Perfect Player then I have in Kodi.
Best way to do it is to use an IPTV service that has a good Kodi addon. The clients are not the greatest way to utilize your service on Kodi.

What I've done is setup my enigma2 box (zgemma) to have all my iptv channels available, then I use the VU plus Kodi pvr addon on all my Kodi clients.
All in all quite similar to simple iptv, but with a working record function.
