Like xsherlockholm said. HW+ It could be hardware is not able to process the information or resources are dwindling. Can you try uninstalling unneeded apps.

If using Kodi put the audio sync to the left when playing a channel by 0.5 seconds. Did this today with History UK.
My girlfriend made me watch "Say Yes to the dress" on TLC on Fab today evening for a few hours. Worked perfectly for me and then I am watching Food Network since a couple of hours and it's working fine for me. Have you changed the decoder to HW+ ? Also try setting it up in Kodi and see if you have the same issues.
