So, on the Dreamlink T1 Plus, I go to the IPTV app. I press green to add a service. Top line I put say FAB and the line starting with HTTP:// I put in the server address. I'm with FAB so I use their STBEmu guide. I press OK and.... nothing. The settings don't seem to save! I've tried everything I can think off. Am I going mad or missing the obvious?
I also assume that to use the Dreamlink I need a STB type single address rather than say Kodis that is the web link and a separate EPG?
Fab has excellent support as well as a strong userbase that has serious knowledge in pretty much every box there is..I would definitely post your question in there subreddit section and possibly their online FB support group
Yes, you only need a single address. Dreamlink is not very clear which where you put the name and address. Try it on either entry. You are not going mad, Dreamlink is like that.. buggy and honestly maddening at times.
is your MAC ID matching you gave to fab? stbemu have diff mac id which is changable.. dreamlink has fixed macid.. maybe update your mac od than it will work
did you provide fab with your valid mac address? it must start with 00:1a:79
The address should be http://stream.fabiptv.com:25461/c
If that's what you have in your address line and its not working, did you give Fab your MAC Address? They need to register your MAC with their system for it to work.
