iirc Rapid IPTV had some Croatian channels alongside the usual US and UK channels. I ditched Rapid as the quality here was really bad (but that might be something to do with the ISP).

go with /r/NecroIPTV they have all ex-yugo channels, can confirm i have had them for few moths now
