what??? why would a Mag254 made in 2016 not work and a 2017 work? that re-seller is just trying to scam you. infomir is a trustworthy company they wouldn't just up and change their mag254 model out of nowwhere.

Yes as we discussed there shouldn't be any difference between the mag 250 from 2016 and 2017 it should all be the same specs and hardware ☺️

I can't say with 100% certainly that ipguys have zero affect on any software or hardware changes that informior makes. But this person is just trying to sell another box friend. His lingo is only ment to try to fool you

I have a MAG254 from 2016, and never had any issues using it on IPguys. That guy is mistaken.
