Well this was a surprise. I obviously set up my pricing wrong lol. it has been changed again as it was never meant to be this high but doing pricing at 3 in the morning obviously isn't a good idea..

The main reason for offering epic is to run along side our existing packages to give people a decent back up if required.

As much as i agree the channel layout could change a bit to make finding things easier i am working on a simpler solution for our subs to EPG with a layout and grouping much more like our own offerings.

The main reason for picking up epicstreams was the quality of service they offer. Not just to subs but resellers. It makes it a lot easier if the guys you resell can actually get things sorted.
