Depends on how you use it.
Dreamlink T1 gives you the closest cable box experience but it can be a bit buggy sometimes but that won't be a deal breaker for 9/10 people.
Magbox or mag's interface is a close second.
Perfect Player is pretty good too.
I'm using Smoothstreams (Fog's repo) and Pioneer ( IPRocket) vader streams) right now on Kodi - You get a cable-like EPG for both. Channel logo's etc. I've been using Smoothstreams for 2 months now and really enjoy it. I just started Pioneer last night and I like the layout and channel selection.
This is a bit of a silly question, as every box you get will look different.
Some boxes look just like a normal satellite receiver or cable box, while some look a bit more dated.

It really depends on the interface your using since your question is vague there will be vague answers. The device depicts the UI the closest you will get to cable in terms of GUI is a standard stb like a Mag or set top iptv box
