According to the only Dreamlink source I actually trust...from another site...the release of the much anticipated update is a couple of days away still. Here is what he said:

Short but sweet. Interested to see what the DOL2 looks like! Saw it in the marketplace a few days ago and wondered if it was part of this big update.
I returned mine but if this updates Improves the DL experience drastically, I will definitely repurchase it!

Now if they could just stop the Android MAC from changing every time you restart the box it would be much better. I don't have many issues with the DOL app as it is. Any issues that i've encountered were server side. They need to put the full aptoid market on there, not just cherry picked apps. Or figure out how to integrate Google services and the play store.
Does anyone know if the firmware will update automatically, or will we have to install ourselves? There seems to be no way to check for "updates" anywhere on the dreamlink.

Re Enter server info for DOL2.
While in DOL2, Select Menu, Settings,Turn Group Channel Numbering to OFF if you want them listed by Channel Number

Found this video on YouTube this morning of someone messing around with DOL2. He doesn't do a great job of showing off all of the changes/new features but try to glean what you can. I also don't know why he spends half the video playing Asphalt 8
