I'm looking for direct IPTV sources for sports channels. I've been looking around and found out that IPTV services rely on individual sources to add many channels to their list.

Yeah, I'm not sure you're going to find what you're looking for here in this subreddit. I haven't seen anyone do that sort of stuff here.
Even most providers are just using restreams. In most cases, people just find the channel they want via apps like fsgo or the hbo app and source the streams themselves. Same goes for most sports like nhl.com etc
