I have been a member of smoothstreams for the last year. Good service I'm looking for something with better channel quality (as close to full hd as possible) also I'm looking for more channels that are up 24/7 such as family and movie channels sports are still important but we only really watch NBA and NFL with the occasional PPV fight. I'd like the service to integrate into plex as every device in my home uses plex. Kodi could be an option but I'd much rather plex. I'm looking to spend around 20 bucks a month. Am I crazy? Should I just renew with smoothstreams?

I have used Smoothstreams and I still use it for Sports. I would recommend you to not renew smoothstreams right now and try Vader for a month, it uses Smoothstreams' stream for the matchcenter and has it's own entertainment channels too and has some really cool VOD. The only minor issue would be Plex but I recommend Kodi over Plex for IPTV.

Another option is to get Fab's entertainment only package and continue Smoothstreams.

Having used Smoothstreams, Nothing else really comes close for sports. They have 720p 50fps streams usually and they are better than the 1080p streams that other providers have.

Depending on where you are located you might be able to get OTA signals. What device are you using it on?

FabIPTV and Epicstreams are both quality providers that should have most of what you are looking for.

Also, you can check out Vaderstreams. Its my understanding that they source some of their sports coverage from smootstreams but have the full package of entertainment channels as well as the sports coverage.

Thanks for the comments I ended up signing up for fab based on the plex plugin being available. I'll give it a shot for a month and may try Vader next. The only issue I'm having right now is one device in my home is unable to play the streams via the plex app Vizio Smart TV
