Looking to have 3 connections for our house but want to be able to take the service with us when we are out of the house with devices such as phones and tablets and than use devices such as mi boxes when we are home. Which providers that offer US content mostly that allow this either included in the service or let you purchase additional connections for a additional fee thanks

Not sure about using it outside the house...but pretty sure its fine...but Vader offers 3 connections and is primarily US based.

Sounds to me like Smoothstreams would be closest to what you need (3 IPs at once, no limit to connections at one IP, Android app and web player), although it's a sports-based service much more than it is IPTV. Does have many common US channels though.
