Hey Guys and Gals a ponder from your collective wisdom please.
Am currently using Epic Stream for my main stream. This is on a Solo2 as a m3u boutque redone the epg using xtream and this seems to fit well also got it on a kodi box. Am after something for a secondary backup. BUT the kiddiewinks would use it for VOD. Kiddie movies and shows and the likes. Epic VOD is limited in this area so was thinking of Ruya VOD or from what iv heard maverick seems to be alright. But looking through Redit don hear much about maverick not sure if they are reseller or not.
Please feel free to put some input in whos would be best as a secondary service that would have a VOD to cover off the kiddie winks needs.

Probably the best vod content I've seen is with express. Realistically, any of the old-school long time servers go pretty hard and are very proud of their vod content. Ipguys also has a lot.
That said, I wouldn't say any are specifically for kids. There is a LOT of adult content that gets dumped into vod. And there's no way for the reseller to filter this.
While ipguys is known to be SD or dvd like quality, most vod releases don't adhere to any quality standards and go by whatever the scene release quality is (generally). So any of the older providers will have a greater collection of shows/movies.
All you can really do is try.
For kids, a legit Netflix account is probably best because you can make their own account for them.
