He is legit as they come and a well known reseller. Dont know of him being avoided but his websites and many other reseller websites were down when the Express Saga was happening, however he still fulfilled orders via Whatsapp
Yes, he is. I have bought multiple IPTV's from him for awhile now. No issues for me although sometimes it does take him awhile to reply with ur URL so be patient, sometimes i got mine in 30 minutes, sometimes 24 hrs but that is pretty normal for most sellers.
