Yeah most channels on IPTV Express are awful and choppy!
Do you know what channels specifically you're having issues on with express?
The reason I ask is, each channel has a different "source". What this means to you is that if you're having problems with ALL channels, there is usually something going on locally that is causing the problem.
It's not really possible for 2100 stations to ALL have issues, when each one comes from a different server in a different region of the world.
Have you tried other servers to see if that helps? As others have mentioned, maybe epic if you need HD. If you just want a reliable stream though, have you tried IPguys?
Ipguys is sorta what I "test" with, when people have problems. It gives us a good benchmark to work with to see where the problem is.
I have to be honest, I haven't used express much recently because I've opted for legit cable sub, but I also haven't heard any complaints from express customers (there are MANY!)
Try to give us as much info as you can, and let's see if we can get to the bottom of this. What device are you using? Wired or wireless? Have you done a speedtest on the actual device (I'm not talking about using your phone or a laptop, I mean on the ACTUAL device playing the feeds). Most android boxes have a speedtest app and so does the mag.

I had that freezing prob and found out it was my Isp was doing it now I'm going thru Vpn works perfect.
Get Epic...working perfectly on their ABC feed.
