Plex Live TV and IPTV

I am very interested in new Plex Live TV feature. Where I live OTA is not an option, but connecting an IPTV sub (or subs) with Plex would be amazing.

Does someone want to be a champ and write up a guide on how to pull it off? Perhaps involving a Raspberry Pi, or maybe just Windows?

There currently is not a way, and most likely Plex will never implement this feature natively as they are legit service and do not have a solid track record for integrating "gray area" services (like IPTV streams).
