Im with flawless. Dont use it loads and loads, But ive been using a vpn since day one. Always better to hide this kind of traffic, as your isp can throttle or block. I use PIA and it works fine, i am using a tomato router.
Nope, a good paid VPN will not significantly slow down your speeds, it'll be fine for streaming
Do you know what type of blocking? If it's just DNS blocking, change your routers DNS to google (8.8.8.8) to fix it.
Can't you change ISP?
I have spectrum and 8.8.8.8 didn't help so I got me a new router linksys wrt-3200acm installed Dd-wrt and ip vanish server works perfect.
Do you care to share which ISP ?
