Is there any IPTV provider out there that has Australian IPTV channel versions of:
There are loads of providers with US FOX/BEIN etc, but I haven't found any showing the Australian versions.
Also need them to have the UK Sky Sports, BT sports and US version of Fox and BEIN.

Honestly your best bet is to use BT sports. They have all NRL AFL and Aleague. r/torula has some but they only accept bitcoin as payment.
For BeIN sports buy connect it's not that expensive but you really don't any of the Australian channels to watch events most iptv carry channels that show a lot of the same events and for afl you can afl game pass international which carries fox footy
