pretty sure it's a mag254.  Haven't used mine in awhile (went to Kodi)  but pretty sure that was the ugly interface.

MAG STB. They have a stalker app which comes free, which is some sort of middleware.

This is not IPTV service ..it is interface or software ..you can subscribe to any iptv service that support mag254 or STB emulator then you can download stb emulator or buy mag254
