Using a MAG 264 box. Remote works in home portal and when going into the BIOS settings. But when I get into the crowntv portal, my remote does not work at all, except for one button. The keyboard will popup, but nothing else. Does this sound like a provider issue or MAG box issue?
This may be a silly suggestion but do you have access to another remote (perhaps you have another MAG box or know someone else with one)? The remote for one MAG box will work with another so it might be worth testing out with another remote if you can get your hands on one without having to purchase it
