Then I'm guessing it's as simple as entering the URL they supply then my login details? I'm just waiting to hear back from them now

I just found out that my channels on the dreamlink t1 plus (DOL2) are different in quality compared to the m3u playlist (smart iptv) on thesame account. Is this possible and what is solution to this.
T1 doesn't use a m3u. You have to give your MAC address to your provider then input the provided url into the DOL2 settings.
