both Ace and Fab have xtra connections and meet your channel requirements, just not sure how many xtra's they allow per sub. Both are very good providers
With that many connections I'd almost recommend 2 different providers.
If you have an entire family or what not relying on one service, it's gunna hit you that much harder when you experience an outage (which you will).
From my experience with my family, once you get to a certain number of tvs it's almost worth having a legit sub that will never go down.
