Yes. According to a Dreamlink source, favorited channels are stored server side, not directly on the Dreamlink, which makes sense as my favourites once stayed after a factory reset of the box.
According to him, many providers have a glitch that you can't add to your favourites without losing your previous favourites.
For example, if you have 50 favourite channels they will stay indefinitely. If you add another 25 channels, lets say a week later, the next time you reboot your box, the server will only remember those 25 channels, not the previous 50.
So, basically, every time you want to add to your favourites list, you will need to delete all your favourites and restart the box before adding them all back in. Big pain in the ass!
