I think that anyone asking for trustworthy services should indicate if they would like a service which is the channel owners or a re-seller of a lesser valued service acting like an owner.
Example for the companies. Don't so "WE HAVE LOTS OF CHANNELS AND CUSTOMERS " , if you don't even own your own servers or channels. You are a re-seller of COD123 a known service with MANY issues.
I'm tired of seeing hundred's of re-sellers making people think they own the product that is being sold. It makes for a crappy service as when there is downtime contacting the re-seller for an answer won't fix anything, the re-seller has no access to the channels or the servers and encoders so nothing will be fixed and you will get a wasted answer.
This is why I'm building a website which will make it easier for customers to actually purchase a service from a trusted seller.
