I have some afghan channels
One of the best online services for Afghan and Iranian channels is GLWiZ. There's an add-on for it with free streams in the official Kodi repository but higher resolution streams require a paid GLWiZ web subscription which costs $6 CAD per month. There's also a GLWiZ Android app which provides all of their channels for free in higher resolution but with video ads. Fortunately, the ads can be removed with Adguard Premium.
Another option for watching free Afghan channels (including some in HD) on a variety of devices is called Giniko Afghan TV so check out their service.
