IPTV XtreamTV issue

I've been using Epicstream for the last 6 weeks or so. Been very happy with the service when it works via XtreamTV plug-in. However, my IP keeps getting banned by the server for some reason which is getting really frustrating.

I am using on 2 boxes both of which I have paid for separately. Anyone have any experience why I might be getting continuously banned? Could it be my ISP?

Hey, Epicstream dont ban your ISP unless you are trying to abuse the service and based on what your saying you have two separate devices and two subs which eliminates the chance of using the same sub simultaneously on both devices. With that said, if you were blocked by Epic then you would not be able to stream but given that both your devices are blocked i am almost certain that it is your ISP. In order to verify this, you will have to use a VPN. If your service works when using a VPN, then you know its your ISP, if not then send me a PM and i'll see whats happening

Is using a VPN permissable with Epicstream?

Alternatively, I may need to go down the m3u route if this continually keeps happening.
