Yes, I've had issues over the last couple of days. I watch through the browser interface and it lets me login and then takes me to epg page for a second then logs me out. Goes through this loop every time. I've tried different browsers and I get the same thing. I have a support ticket open so hopefully will get a reply. I really like the web interface as I watch on my pc mostly. Hopefully they fix it.
The only channel I had issues with was CNBC this morning. Picture is frozen but the audio was working. Switched over to Smoothstreams and that was perfect.
I posted here a few days ago because I had used a trial and came up with the same issue, non stop buffer on my PC. However, I switched to another device, ex: I used my fire TV, and was good to go all channels were good. Have you tried a different device?
It hasn't been as bullet proof lately as it was the couple months previous, and the EPG and initial VOD load time pause definitely annoyed me last week, but as of right now I'm not seeing any buffering issues while loading it up.
ESPN, WWE, and a few other random channels are down for me atm though, and the Smoothstreams' kick you to guide after X amount of time factor is definitely present on some others.
