i use:
perfect for me as they offer a combined us+uk, always seems to work for me, no pissing around with web plus etc...i think it only gives you 4 days in advanced but thats plenty for me personally.
It's quite easy to make your own with http://www.webgrabplus.com/
Scrape tv.sky.com with webgrab plus? My setup does this daily, still works.
