I lost my 2 memberships for 12 months on 2 July 2017 by NECROIPTV

I have paid trail 2 days and I liked the service then I decided to buy 2 memberships each one year, after waiting 5 days to receive the membership information I found nicro changed the server channels and they gave me 1240 channels compared to the trail one was more than 4000, I requested them to refund my money since these channels different than my trial also they didn't inform the me about these changes but actually they forced me to take and no reply to my tickets for more than 1 week because I requested to refund my money. Honestly now I am stuck with them and I don't know how to refund my money or even communicate with them, ignoring tickets and fack german phone number (+49 176 34719341) I called them 100s times but no answer or german machine talk What soultion do you suggest to fix this issue?

Honestly am split feeling bad for you...and thinking you had this lesson coming by reaching too far for what turned out to only be hypothetical savings. I mean not one but 2 one year subs? Really?

IPTV is a shady business, and one year subs are for suckers. Live and learn I guess.

Unlucky mate. To be fair, though, they did state here and on their site that Necro would relaunch, meaning you probably bought it after the relaunch so isn't really their fault.

I don't understand why people still buy one year subs. These services are not permanent. Just go month to month or maximum 3 months at a time. Or be prepared to lose money at any stage.

I had a similar issue to yours with necro. I subscribed with them because of the swedish channels, but when that was removed in their new lineup last week, the sub became worthless for me. Luckily I only had a one month sub with them (I would never sign up for 12 months with anyone) so I let that expire and signed up with a new provider. Try contacting u/nonm, he might be able to help.
