torula is just playstation vue with a few extra channels he has gotten. quality is good, just look at the vue lineup and youll be able to see if the lineup works for you
I think the big different is the regional sport channels~
Like fox sports Detroit , CSN BAY AREA...etc
Torula is its own service no resellers nothing but if you want you smooth streams or Vader they are essentially the same service but vaders has 24/7 channels
