The whole point is the attitude.. When i asked question for other iptv seller. They wont react like that..
You clearly didn't read the wiki.
I sent a PM asking if Torulatv has the UFC Fight Pass Channel and if NFL Sunday Ticket is in hd but no one has gotten back to me. I want to try them as a second sports provider but it doesn't seem like I will be able to because it doesn't seem like he wants me as a customer for some reason. I am a big UFC fan and I like to watch most of the events that are on the Fight Pass before I spend 60 dollars for a service that may not work for me. I have tried to look up review on Torula but I can't really find any. I tried to pm Torula back but it says I am temporarily blocked for 72 hours.
Hey. Come give us a shot... We got a free trial for 24 hours and we accept bitcoin. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Hey I joined a service on June 30 called SmoothStreams and it’s honestly amazing. I’ve had so many other services prior to that and none compare on any level. First of all, all channels are either 720/1080p. They have also been around way longer then any other service, Since 2003. I actually just upgraded my service and purchased an additional two 6 month plans. Here’s the link, just give it a shot for a month and I promise you won’t be disappointed in the least bit 🙂
I'm familiar with Torula, and various other IPTV providers.
Many providers prefer to deal with customers that are a bit more "self-educated" on the topic.
Ultimately what this means, is that you research as much as you can on your own various services that may appeal to you, at which time you contact them and follow their registration policies.
That said, some providers do offer more levels of support for people that need it. In fact, some providers actually PAY support staff to assist with any questions you may have. Perhaps some of these providers would be a better fit for you.
While I understand your frustration with Torula, it is widely known that they have recently moved underground, and have a very strong following. If they wish to only have limited interactions with the public, then this is their choice. Perhaps they feel their limited tech support is better focuses on existing, possibly long-term customers.
Torula doesn't mean to offend you directly. I'm pretty sure they are responding to 100's of messages a day, and it is ultimately their choice whether or not they wish to get into a multi-message conversation with a "potential" customer. If I had as many messages to go through as they do, I'd probably have to let you go as a customer as well....(and this is coming from one of the ONLY resllers on reddit offering TOLL-FREE telephone tech support to it's customers, something I take much pride in! In some cases, I've even done local house calls!)
Even with the patience I have, there is a time for helping people, and a time to cut your losses.
Any questions you have about any services are almost always better off being publicly posted, so other users can benefit from the same info!
