Which IPTV has shortest time delay?

For example, if you're watching a game that starts at 8pm the stream may be 60 secs plus behind 'real time'.

I understand it can't be exactly up-to-date but what service is best for this? My friend has a sub (not sure who with) but it's nearly two minutes behind...

SmoothStreams has the shortest delay at about 15 seconds when using the default RTMP protocol.

Ipguys is usually 30-60 seconds behind.

It actually depends when you start playing a channel.

Open the same channel a bunch of times in a row and time it.

Some are closer than others though.

I think we are about 30-40 seconds
